1. Booking & Payment

1.1. A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
1.2. Deposits cannot be transferred to another booking and must be paid for each new or future appointment.
1.3. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and can be paid via bank transfer or cash.

1.4. Failure to pay the deposit may result in cancellation of the booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

2.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
2.2. The $20 deposit remains non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to secure any new appointment.
2.3. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be refused future bookings.

3. Service Policy

3.1. Clients must provide accurate information regarding skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the appointment. Elite Makeup Artistry is not liable for any reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
3.2. All services are performed to the highest professional standard. However, individual results may vary.
3.3. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client exhibits inappropriate behaviour or fails to comply with hygiene and safety protocols.

4. Travel & Additional Fees

4.1. Mobile services may incur additional travel fees, depending on the location.
4.2. Early morning or late-night bookings may include a surcharge.
4.3. Any parking or accommodation fees (if required) must be covered by the client.

5. Photography & Social Media

5.1. By booking, you agree to allow Elite Makeup Artistry to take and share photos for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise.
5.2. Clients are encouraged to tag and credit Elite Makeup Artistry when posting photos of their makeup looks on social media.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

6.1. Elite Makeup Artistry is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin irritations, or damages caused by makeup products if all precautions have been taken.
6.2. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during appointments.
6.3. Clients must follow proper aftercare instructions to maintain their makeup application.

7. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

7.1. Elite MUA Makeup Artistry reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via our website or directly to clients.
